Welcome! Thanks for visiting with us. I am Mike Routh, senior pastor of the Glen Burnie Church of the Nazarene. My wife, Joyce, and I were led to come here 13 years ago. I was born in Baltimore, raised in Brooklyn (south Baltimore), and now reside in Pasadena Md. Over the years I have served our Lord as a Sunday School teacher, mid-week children’s ministry director, and youth leader. I am an Army veteran, and worked as a civilian for the Department of Defense--the last five years of which was bi-vocational with the church. We also lived three years in England. We have two children and six grandchildren.

Barbara Crouse
Hello! My name is Barbara Crouse. I have been a Sunday School Teacher for 46 years. Teaching Early Elementary Children is very challenging, but fun. We have Bible stories, flannelgraph lessons, and workbooks. Each month we have a different Bible verse to learn. Coming to Sunday School provides the foundation they need to understand and apply Bible truths as they grow. "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it"--Proverbs 22:6
I'm married and have 3 children. I also play the piano. This year will make 20 years working at United Cerebral Palsy as an instructional aide. I love baking and taking photos of my 4 grandsons.

Danny Bowyer
In my 38 year walk with Christ, he has done what he said he would do. ("I will never leave you, nor forsake you") Praise his name! Last year, I was praying for an adult Sunday School teacher--for 6 months I prayed. Then the Lord said, "You teach the class." So, in December of 2006, I took the adult Sunday School class, and the Lord has been leading me all the way.

Cory Mead
I'm Cory Mead...I am the webmaster here. I find time for school and all that it requires, programming, web developing, and band. I play alto and soprano saxophone, and am very active in the band program at Glen Burnie High School, including concert, parade, pep, marching, and jazz band. I play most Sundays for congregationals, and play a special offeratory the third Sunday of the month. I write all the code here from scratch, including the XML-based calendar. I don't use a pretty interface like FrontPage to make it...just a text-editor with syntax highlighting and some web server software...If you have any suggestions for the website, send them to me at webmaster@gbnazarene.org.
